Bacteriology grade. Can be used alone or as an additive in media for the culture of lactic acid bacteria and identification of microorganisms able to coagulate of peptonise milk. Can be added to media such as TSA Art.No 01-200 and Nutrient Agar Art.No. 01-144 to detect caseolytic activity.
